What you will do
Have you ever heard of organic and biodynamic wines? Choose the tasting route that suits you and discover all the secrets of the unconventional wines produced in a wine resort in the Alto Casertano area
The farm is located in the municipality of Teano, in the area of the extinct volcano of Roccamonfina. This masseria dates back to the end of the 18th century and it is here that you will be welcomed and get to know the world of wine amidst volcanic nature, a mild climate and excellent local agricultural produce.
In 2004, the small family winery began by replanting falanghina, piedirosso and aglianico, followed by fiano and pallagrello nero, choosing to vinify them in amphora so that the breath of the earth would continue to be felt inside the terracotta vases.
In the lands of the Iannaccone family, who have owned the land and vineyards for generations, you will be able to try the organic/biodynamic wines after a welcome and a guided tour of the vineyards and the cellar, and thanks to a tasting in an amphora.
In a renewed context, with the rural character that the Romans called Campania Felix, you will discover the identity of the wines produced on the farm through 3 available routes.
You will also be able to taste the local olive oil, an aperitif with taralli and a platter of homemade cold meats and cheeses, or you can choose to complete the experience with lunch and dessert, all prepared with products from the farm.
The characterisation of your experience could certainly be given with the wine tasting in the cellar of wines aged in terracotta amphorae, used to give a unique identity to the wines and to enhance the link with the territory.
