With this experience you will discover the secrets of the world brassicolo coming to the heart of the production of craft beer. You should know that "Cotta" is the name given to the stage of production of beer must.

THE BEERS IN TASTING

At the end of the production phase you can taste 3 different styles of craft beer.

The beers made by Marino are the result of countless studies and experiments conducted with the aim of making the territory and its agricultural productions the real protagonists, using ancient local wheat, hops grown in the Sannio and grape musts of native Samnite vineyards.

After the production phase you will taste light, amber and dark beers characterized by the use of ingredients at km 0 as 100% Italian malt, hops in bloom, rye and chestnut honey. All obtained exclusively by artisan method, not filtered, not pasteurized, which referment naturally in bottle, without the addition of preservatives, clarifiers and chemical additives used systematically by the industry.

Adding the extra for this experience you can accompany the various types of beers in tasting with a succulent cutting board made by a farm, located in the immediate vicinity of the brewery, which produces typical cheeses and meats of high quality, obtained exclusively from animals reared in the area.
